Wood Tech Show Non-Exhibiting Industry Supplier, Producer, or Manufacturing Policy:

As a Non-Exhibiting Industry Supplier, Producer, or Manufacturer (NONEX), individuals must first be approved by show management in order to gain access to the exhibit hall. The purpose of this policy is to protect the manufacturers exhibiting at Wood Tech Show and maintain the integrity of the show.

As an NONEX at Wood Tech Show, the following conditions for admission will apply:

  1. NONEX’s can access the Expo at a fee of $225 per registrant. This will grant access to the exhibit hall only. Conference sessions and the Brewfest must be purchased separately. NONEX acceptance to be determined exclusively by show management.
  2. Badges will be limited to five (5) per company.
  3. NONEX’s will be limited to five (5) rooms per company within show appointed room blocks.
  4. NONEX’s can attend Wood Tech Show for one (1) year to evaluate the event for future participation.
  5. Access to the show by NONEX’s will be limited executive level personnel only– no sales titles.
  6. Consistent with our current policy, approved or unapproved NONEX’s will not be allowed under any circumstance to hold offsite events at show appointed hotel properties.

Registration for WoodTech is at the sole discretion of WoodTech show management. Wood Tech reserves the right to accept or reject registrations and to cancel any previously accepted registration, at any time at its sole discretion, for any reason, without liability to registrant or any other party.

Wood Tech Show Terms and Conditions

  • Wood Tech Show is a trade event. No children under the age of 16 will be allowed on the show floor. Proof of age is required.
  • No cameras or video equipment allowed on the show floor. Violators will be prosecuted.
  • No strollers or rolling carts larger than airline carry on size are permitted on the show floor.
  • Cancellation requests for refunds must be received in writing by January 23, 2010 and will be subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
  • Cancellation requests must be faxed to 770-777-8700 or mailed to: Registration Department, Nielsen Business Media, 1145 Sanctuary Parkway, Suite 355, Alpharetta, GA 30009.
  • No refunds are available to persons who register after January 23, 2010.
  • No refunds will be made for exhibit hall only and/or Special Events.
  • All refunds are issued after the last day of the show.
  • An organization may substitute one person for another without penalty.
  • If the total due does not accurately reflect the current purchase price, show management reserves the right to charge the correct amount
